At The Hair Growth Cap, your satisfaction matters to us.

If you’re not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving it, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging, and includes proof of purchase.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note, shipping costs are non-refundable.

We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged — just email us with photos and your order number.
